Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. We do not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.
Who we share your data with for Reservations
We use ThinkReservations as our booking engine.
How long we retain your data
For guests booking a stay using our reservation system, we store the personal information, excluding credit card information, indefinitely.
We maintain an email marketing list which will retain your information indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our site. Google Analytics collects first-party cookies, data related to the device/browser, IP address and on-site/app activities to measure and report statistics about user interactions on the website. No personally identifiable information is collected in this process. We do not correlate data from Analytics with personally identifiable information collected during the Reservation process.
Google Analytics supports
an optional browser add-on that – once installed and enabled – disables measurement by Google Analytics for any site a user visits. Note that this add-on only disables Google Analytics measurement.

We may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
