At Our Champaign Urbana Bed and Breakfast
Our five guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, there are not any 1st floor guest rooms at our Champaign Urbana Bed and Breakfast. Each room has been designed for your comfort and equipped with the modern amenities that guests have come to expect. Featuring Bemco Presidential pillow top beds, Comphy brand linens, fluffy towels, and top of the line amenities to create the spa like experience. The furnishings are a mixture of antiques and more modern pieces. Our 2nd floor rooms, Chicago and Champaign, are our more traditional B&B style rooms with elaborate wall coverings and rich colors reminiscent of the Victorian era, featuring kings size beds and period décor. Our 3rd floor rooms have more of a modern feel. The largest is the San Francisco room which has two bedrooms – one king and one full size bed. The Santa Barbara has a king bed and a whirlpool tub. The Berkeley room, our most affordable room, has a queen size bed and private detached bath directly across the hall. If you like a more modern feel, and can navigate thirty two steps, these are the rooms for you. No matter which room you choose at our our Champaign Urbana Bed and Breakfast, you’ll love the Inn and the surrounding area.
Chicago Room
Like the city for which it is named, the Chicago room is grand! This 2nd floor room is especially large and features a king size bed, walk-in closet, large writing desk with chair, and a 43” television. The en suite features a standing shower and a pedestal sink. The north windows provide a view of the front gardens and the east windows flood the room with light. If you love lots of space and a more traditional style, this is the room for you!
Champaign Room
The Champaign room is tasteful, elegant, cozy and traditional. This 2nd floor large room features a king size bed, antique wardrobe and 32” television. The especially large en suite features an antique soaking tub with shower over the tub and pedestal style sink. The west and south facing windows fill the room with light. This room is designed to please.
San Francisco Room
This especially large 3rd floor suite features a king size bed, new modern furnishings, lots of space and a 43” television. There are west facing windows and a large window seat area. The connecting en suite features a claw foot tub with shower head and an antique pedestal sink. If you are looking for more space the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and 28” television. If traveling with family, or in need of a 2nd bedroom, this is the perfect solution. We also have a very comfortable roll-away bed available at an additional fee if you need to sleep even more people.
Santa Barbara Room
Light, bright and close to the water (or at least the private whirlpool tub), hence Santa Barbara. This 3rd floor room features a king size bed and antique furnishings. The whirlpool tub is in its own room, so you can relax and tub to your heart’s content. There is a separate bathroom with standing shower and a pedestal sink. East and North facing windows flood the room with light. This room is perfect for a romantic weekend. You’ll find it to be picture perfect, just like Santa Barbara.
Berkley Room
This 3rd floor room is our only room with a private, but detached bathroom. Featuring a queen size bed this room is beautiful and a little funky just like Berkeley. There is a built-in window seat/reading nook and antique furnishings. The North and West facing windows provide plenty of light. The beautiful bathroom features a tub with shower and a pedestal sink. Our most affordable room is perfect for the budget conscious traveler.
