3rd Floor Guest Rooms at Our Champaign Illinois Bed & Breakfast
The Berkeley, Santa Barbara and San Francisco rooms on the third floor are designed with modern neutral colors and carpet. Please be advised that it’s quite a climb, 32 steps to the third floor, so if you have difficulty with climbing stairs, you may want to consider second floor accommodations instead.
Chicago Room (2nd Floor)
Like the city for which it is named, the Chicago room is grand! This room is especially large and features a king size bed, walk-in closet, large writing desk with chair, and a 43” television. The en suite features a standing shower and a pedestal sink. The north windows provide a view of the front gardens and the east windows flood the room with light. If you love lots of space and a more traditional style, this is the room for you!
Champaign Room (2nd Floor)
The Champaign room is tasteful, elegant, cozy and traditional. This large room features a king size bed, and antique wardrobe and a 32” television. The especially large en suite features an antique soaking tub with shower over the tub and pedestal style sink. The west and south facing windows fill the room with light. This room is designed to please.
St. Louis Room (2nd Floor)
The Champaign Garden Inn's master suite features a king size bed, new furnishings, walk-in closet, a love seat area with ottoman and a 42” HD flat-screen television. Large west facing windows feature views of the garden and brick paved street. This room is designed for relaxation and comfort.
San Francisco Room (3rd Floor)
This especially large suite features a king size bed, new modern furnishings, lots of space and a 43” television. There are west facing windows and a large window seat area. The connecting en suite features a claw foot tub with shower head and an antique pedestal sink. If you are looking for more space the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and 28” television. If traveling with family, or if you are in need of a second bedroom, this is the perfect solution. We also have a very comfortable roll-away bed available at an additional fee if you need to sleep even more people.
Santa Barbara Room (3rd Floor)
Light, bright and close to the water (or at least the private whirlpool tub), hence Santa Barbara. This room features a king size bed and antique furnishings. The whirlpool tub is in its own room, so you can relax and tub to your heart’s content. There is a separate bathroom with standing shower and a pedestal sink. East and North facing windows flood the room with light. This room is perfect for a romantic weekend. You’ll find it to be picture perfect, just like Santa Barbara.
Berkeley Room (3rd Floor)
This room features our only queen size bed with a private detached bath located across the hall, this room is beautiful and a little funky just like Berkeley. There is a built-in window seat/reading nook and antique furnishings. The North and West facing windows provide plenty of light. The beautiful bathroom features a tub with shower and a pedestal sink. Our most affordable room is perfect for the budget conscious traveler.
