CHECKING IN/OUT:

For your convenience our Inn features contactless check-in. However, Kathy (Mom) our hostess is never far away.

  • Contactless check-in. The Champaign Garden Inn provides contactless self check-in to all guests. If additional service is required, management should be notified via phone or email as soon as possible. Detailed instructions will be emailed prior to guest arrival and texted via our Whistle Messaging system.
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. We realize that people’s travel schedules differ, so if you will be arriving earlier than 4:00 PM, please contact us so we know when to expect you and can make the appropriate accommodations.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late checkout requests should be made with management before check-out and are approved based on scheduled occupancy. Check-out requests past Noon may be assessed a Day-Use Fee. Lost keys are subject to a $25.00 replacement fee, refunded upon return.

RESERVATION POLICIES

  • All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of reservation.   In the unlikely event of damage to the room, or missing linens we reserve the right to charge the card on file to cover the repairs or loss.
  • Reservations are pre-charged three days prior to the arrival date and at that point become non-cancelable.  Please note, sometimes for special event weekends there may be special cancellation/pre-charge policies in effect and you will be informed of those policies at the time of reservation.

GUEST POLICIES

  • Safety & Security. Access to the Inn is restricted to registered guests only and is not open to the public. All guests are requested and required to enter/exit through the main entrance. Please do not assist anyone into the property that is not in your party or share assigned PIN codes. Doing so is a breach to facility security measures. Our guest’s privacy and safety are paramount.
  • Quite time is between 10pm-6am. Guests must be respectful of their neighbors. There is to be no loud music, blasting televisions or other disturbances that could bother other guests who may be trying to sleep or relax. Excessive noise during these hours, especially if it is prolonged, will not be tolerated and should be reported to management immediately. The Innkeeper reserves the right to evict guests for any such behavior upon his discretion.
  • Tobacco & Marijuana Smoking. Champaign Garden Inn is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking/vaping of tobacco or marijuana is not permitted anywhere within the inside common areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, fire escapes or second floor terrace. The front and rear garden porches are designated smoking/vaping areas. Should it be determined that smoking/vaping has taken place in a guestroom, management will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest reservation on file before or after check-out.
  • Essential Oils & Aromatherapy. Patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils create an odor that may be objectionable to our guests and staff, and is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture. NOTE: Open-Flame Candles, Diffusers and Incense Burners are also prohibited. The consequence of using these items are the same as our smoking policy.
  • No Pets Please

  • The Champaign Garden Inn is an historic Victorian Inn, and due to this, it is NOT wheelchair accessible.
  • ALL guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Inn.
