For your convenience our Inn features contactless check-in. However, Kathy (Mom) our hostess is never far away. Beautiful blooming gardens and an expansive wrap around porch furnished with wicker furniture and a porch swing provide the perfect place to sit and relax. On the main (first) level on the Inn you’ll find the living room, the parlor and the dining room which are available to enjoy during your stay. Complimentary commercial grade WIFI is broadcast throughout the entire property and perimeter to ensure you always stay connected.

Our five guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We do not have any 1st floor guest rooms. All rooms have designed for your comfort and equipped with the modern amenities that guests have come to expect. We feature Bemco Presidential pillow top beds, Comphy brand linens, fluffy towels, and top of the line amenities to create a spa like experience. Furnishings are a mixture of antiques and more modern pieces. Every decision was made to ensure your maximum comfort. The 2nd floor rooms, Chicago and Champaign, are more traditional with elaborate wall coverings and rich colors reminiscent of the Victorian era.  The 3rd floor rooms, San Francisco, Santa Barbara and Berkeley, have a more modern feel, and are named for cities in the Bay Area, our home for over twenty years.  No matter which room you choose, you’ll love it, the Inn, and the surrounding area.   If you have any questions about our Champaign IL Lodging, or if there is ever anything I can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact me.

WALK TO DOWNTOWN

The Inn is located in the Sesquicentennial neighborhood, just a four block walk from downtown Champaign. The redeveloped downtown area features many of Champaign’s trendiest restaurants, coffee bars, shops, bars and clubs. There is a long list of restaurants within a short walk as well as some of the hottest night spots in downtown. You can have a drink or two and not have to worry about driving or cabbing. There are also some great shops in the downtown area, and we are just 1 ½ miles from the University of Illiniois. Additionally, the Amtrack station, as well as the bus station are walking distance to the Inn. Our central location and proximity to downtown Champaign make the Champaign Garden Inn the perfect spot for business or pleasure.
